We search for a caregiver that is not only available to work your required hours but who will also be a good "match" for your children and your specific requirements.

Normally, if time permits, we coordinate a personal meeting for you and the caregiver we identify for any temporary assignment that extends more than a few days. If a more urgent request, we will provide a detailed background of the caregiver and the agency's experience representing the applicant in a phone conversation. Our experience is that our clients are normally always very pleased with our temporary referrals and they hire the caregiver. If not, as time permits, we would work to refer a second caregiver.

Some of our temporary caregivers are only available for temporary assignments because their schedule enables them to be available to work only on specific days and/or they are not interested in a more long-term position. Sometimes our screened caregivers searching for a more permanent opportunity through the Agency will also consider fulfilling a temporary assignment.
