Completing this application is the first step in the process to be represented by
In Search of Nanny. We refer Full-Time, Part-Time and Temporary caregivers in the
metro Boston area only because we require every parent that conducts a search with
the Agency to come to our office for a personal meeting.
We welcome you to complete this on-line application. Submit it to us by clicking
the SUBMIT button at end of application. Please use the Tab key, not the Enter key
to get to the next field. "Enter" will submit the application prematurely, requiring
you to start all over.
We will contact you as soon as we receive it! We look forward to assisting you!
Many caregivers do not know that we also consult on an hourly basis with parents
and caregivers who have found each other independently. The cost has never been
a stumbling block for a family that wants to hire a professional caregiver. Usually
in a few hours we are able to help your potential employer develop a mutually acceptable
job description or to negotiate a written compensation package that is both acceptable
to the family and also meets your requirements.

Commitment
|
|
Unlike other agencies, In Search of Nanny, Inc.
does not require full or part-time applicants to make a one-year commitment.
Commitments made between family and nanny are mutually agreed to in advance.
Due to the effort required to screen and refer applicants, we ask that a caregiver
commit to at least 6 months. Temporary caregivers do not have to make
a commitment to a family.
