Parents nationwide can purchase components of our placement process, the In-Home Childcare Kit, a resource to assist parents
to successfully employ (and keep) a professional nanny and our Screening Services, a menu of screening options to better evaluate a
Nanny applicant they have identified themselves or through another agency.
In metro Boston, we refer Full-Time caregivers who work 24 or more hours a week and Part-Time caregivers who work from 4 to 23 hours a week in an endless variety of configurations. Our Temporary caregivers will meet any short-term childcare need for a minimum of 4 hours on a one-time basis to full-time care for up to 2 months. The Nanny Sitting Service is a low cost service that provides a listing of screened, motivated caregivers that parents can contact themselves to arrange evening and weekend childcare hours.
Our overall goal is to help both Family and Nanny establish a successful relationship that will provide a nurturing environment for your children, a rewarding experience for the Nanny, and a pleasurable "How did we do without?" realization for your Family.
